CPUX-UT certificate
The internationally recognized CPUX-UT Zertifikat represents the standard for user interface design of the International Usability & User Experience Qualification Board (UXQB).
Please note:
To take the exam for the CPUX-UT certificate, you must already hold the Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level (CPUX-F) certificate.
If you do not yet have this certificate, you can prepare for it through one of our CPUX-F training courses and take the exam immediately afterwards.
CPUX-F forms the basis for the Essentials in UX und HCD-Management (CPUX-M) seminars and the advanced level seminars User Requirements Engineering (CPUX-UR), Designing Solutions (CPUX-DS) and Usability Testing & Evaluation (CPUX-UT). In these in-depth training courses, individual areas of activity are then dealt with in more detail.
Type of examination
You obtain the CPUX-UT certificate by passing both a theoretical and a practical certification exam.
The 90-minute theory exam is supervised by the respective certification body and consists of 40 multiple-choice questions.
The practical exam involves conducting a usability test of a website with three participants, who must be recruited independently. The usability tests should be conducted within one week following prior planning. Both the usability test report and the unedited video recordings must be submitted.
Further information about the content and the exam can be found here.
If you would like to take the certification exam after the seminar, you can choose a date and exam location that suits you from the certification provider Certible or ISQI and register for the exam yourself. Alternatively, you can simply let us organize the exam for you by informing us directly when you register.
We will be happy to take care of the organization of your exam.
